The YSM Science Fellows Program is designed to support the research and postdoctoral careers of outstanding research scientists. The program aims to attract top PhD and MD/PhD recent graduates to engage in independent research and support them in transitioning into open faculty positions at Yale or other institutions.

We strive to be the organization to champion intersectional advocacy, social justice, community building, and health equity of LGBTQI+ people at and served by the Yale School of Medicine and Yale New Haven Hospital while serving as a resource on these topics.
